The most important thing to bring to your session is a willingness and openness to receive a message from the other side. While it’s likely the loved one you are trying to reach will make a connection it’s not guaranteed and, it is very important to be open to messages from folks you were not expecting to hear from.

Mediumship is a process of cooperation between the folks on the other side, the medium and the sitter. It’s not as simple as picking up a telephone and calling the person you are trying to reach. It is a more holistic kind of communication where all the senses are involved. As a medium all Steve can do is pass on the information he receives (that’s why he is called a medium). It’s important to remember that the folks on the other side have free will and if they do not wish to make contact or are not supposed to make contact, there is very little Steve can do about it.

It is likely your loved ones on the other side will want to address certain issues in your life and offer guidance. They may even make predictions about what is to come. But keep in mind, that these things are secondary. Their main purpose for making contact is to simply let you know they still love you, that they are watching over you and that life continues after we leave the physical world.
